Refund Policy
Thank you for deciding to shop with us. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
a. You may request a return for most physical products within 30 days of delivery.
b. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
c. Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
a. To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team at lilipealexandre@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
b. In your message, include:
• Order number
• Name and description of the item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return (e.g., wrong size, damaged on arrival, not as described)
c. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
3. Return Shipping
a. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item(s), unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).
b. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
c. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Inspection and Refund
a. Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return eligibility criteria (unused, original packaging, tags intact).
b. If approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be made to your original payment method, minus any restocking fee (see below) and less outbound shipping costs (if applicable).
c. If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return and ship the item back to you at your expense.
5. Restocking Fee
a. A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to returned items that are not defective but are in re-sellable condition.
b. If the item is damaged or missing parts, the restocking fee may be higher or we may refuse the return.
6. Exchanges
a. We do not process automatic exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item first (following the steps above) for a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item.
7. Lost or Damaged Returns
a. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to our warehouse.
b. Please insure your return shipment or use a trackable shipping method. We cannot issue a refund until the returned item is received and inspected.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Please review this page periodically for updates.
